Larry Hill, President

Larry began his career in the foodservice and hospitality industry at his grandfathers company, L.N. Hill Company. During that time he worked as an outside sales representative and in sales and marketing. In 1987 he began working for Hill Associates a manufacturers representative firm in the Mid Atlantic area. Since 1992 Larry has been President of the company. In 1998 the company relocated to Santa Fe, NM and now covers AZ, NM, El Paso, CO, WY and UT.
Larry enjoys cooking and hiking in the beautiful southwest and spending time with his daughter Greer.
Maggi Hill, Vice President

Maggi started in the hospitality industry fresh out of the University of Maryland. She joined L.N. Hill Company, a food service distributor in Maryland, for 6 years. After years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, customer service and outside sales Maggi joined Hill Associates in 1991.
Maggi currently over sees all administrative and financial operations of the company and manages an active territory in Arizona and New Mexico. Responsive customer service, product knowledge and her integrity have helped Maggi develop a loyal customer base.
In her time off Maggi enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening and skiing.
Ken Schafer, Territory Manager

Ken grew up in Pittsburgh and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Food Service Management. After PSU Ken went to work with the Steak and Ale chain for 2-1/2 years then spent a total of 11 years running various restaurants for Bloomingdales department stores.
After leaving the restaurant business, Ken joined Edward Don as a salesman in the Philadelphia area. Ken was with Edward Don for 8 years then left and founded a Food Service distributorship called S.A.M.'s in Norristown, PA. S.A.M.'s grew to annual sales of over $9,000,000. After 11 years in business, Ken and his partner sold S.A.M.'s to Prestige Packaging. Ken remained at Prestige for 5 years.
Ken and his wife, Michelle, relocated to Arizona in 2011 and Ken joined Hill Associates at that time. Ken and Michelle have two children, a daughter and son both living on the east coast.
Pam Shields, Territory Manager
Covering Colorado and Wyoming - Food and Beverage Supplies and Furnishings
Pam graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. After NMSU, Pam went to work with Hyatt Tamaya as a Manager Trainee. From there she joined Sysco New Mexico for 10 years beginning in the Purchasing Department and then acting as the branch Food Service Equipment and Supplies Specialist.
After relocating to Phoenix, Pam joined Wasserstrom to become a Regional Account Manager. She spent over 5 years with Wasserstrom and most recently managed, and substantially grew, their New Mexico market.
Relocating to Colorado in 2017 Pam begins a new chapter with Hill Associates!
